BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Company’s governing body is the Board of Directors, which currently comprises 3 members.
The profiles and professional careers of the Company’s Board members reflect the skills necessary for the proper discharge of the responsibilities assigned to them, maintaining a balance between financial and real estate expertise.
The Board of Directors meets at least once a quarter and whenever required for the official approval of any proposed investment opportunities. The operations of the Board of Directors is governed by Article 23 of the Company’s Bylaws.
The Board members shall hold office for a period of 4 years.
Roberto Eduardo Perri has over 20 years of experience leading large-scale projects in the real estate, construction, and asset management sectors. As the CEO of Impar Capital, he has overseen real estate projects exceeding €600 million.
Throughout his career, Roberto has held key roles in renowned companies. As a Project Manager at Constructora Sambil, he led the rehabilitation and launch of the Sambil Outlet, a benchmark shopping center in Spain. Additionally, he directed multidisciplinary teams at Impar Management, managing construction projects valued at over €300 million.
His academic background includes an MBA and advanced programs in real estate asset management from prestigious institutions such as IE Business School and the Polytechnic University of Madrid.
Jorge Martínez is currently Director of the Tax area at Andersen in the Valencia office.
Previously, he worked at Landwell-PwC and at Olleros Abogados until the firm's integration into Andersen in 2017.
He specializes in tax and wealth management advice for private Client Services (PCS) and family businesses, and in particular, in international tax advice especially with Latin American countries, tax advice on real estate transactions in Spain, and tax advice for sportsmen.
He is part of the specialized team in Real Estate, Sports Taxation and PCS Europe at Andersen.
Carmen has over 22 years of experience in the real estate sector. She is currently the Managing Director of Impar Capital, overseeing €420 million in assets under management. In addition, she serves as President of the WIRES association, a member of the Executive Committee of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), and a Board Member of RICS Spain, where she is responsible for Investment.
Carmen is also the Founder of the MRED (Master in Real Estate Development) program at IE University, a former Board Member of PRIMAFRIO, and a member of its Sustainability and Innovation Committee. Her prior roles include Director of the Real Estate Division at Madrid Nuevo Norte, Director of Strategic Accounts for Spain at CBRE, and Director of Expansion at Estudio Lamela.
A graduate architect from the ETSAM, Carmen has further academic training in finance, governance, and team management, having completed programs at Harvard Business School, IE, ESADE, and IESE. She is also a faculty member in various real estate-focused master’s programs at the Polytechnic University of Madrid (ETSAM), MDI, and IE Business School’s postgraduate programs.
