Carmen Panadero Reyes

Carmen has over 22 years of experience in the real estate sector. She is currently the Managing Director of Impar Capital, overseeing €420 million in assets under management. In addition, she serves as President of the WIRES association, a member of the Executive Committee of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), and a Board Member of RICS Spain, where she is responsible for Investment.

Carmen is also the Founder of the MRED (Master in Real Estate Development) program at IE University, a former Board Member of PRIMAFRIO, and a member of its Sustainability and Innovation Committee. Her prior roles include Director of the Real Estate Division at Madrid Nuevo Norte, Director of Strategic Accounts for Spain at CBRE, and Director of Expansion at Estudio Lamela.

A graduate architect from the ETSAM, Carmen has further academic training in finance, governance, and team management, having completed programs at Harvard Business School, IE, ESADE, and IESE. She is also a faculty member in various real estate-focused master’s programs at the Polytechnic University of Madrid (ETSAM), MDI, and IE Business School’s postgraduate programs.
